You might see this error occur if you enter your banking credentials but fail to submit your OTP or to accept the in-app MFA prompt. See an example below 👇
Troubleshooting
If this happens, you can:
- Check whether you have correctly accepted the MFA prompt in your app or successfully entered your OTP
- For Capitec only: If there was an MFA prompt, ensure you completed it within 3 minutes, as taking any longer will result in a timeout
