We have seen queries from customers stating that they have paid for a product or service via Stitch or used our merchants' products to pay for a product or service, and have been debited, but have not received any value.

How did you pay?
It is important to take note of how you paid for goods and services online.
- Did you pay using Pay by bank through the Stitch flow?
- Or did you pay through your internet banking portal or app using manual EFT?
If you paid using Stitch and were able to complete your payment, please follow the below steps:
- Send an inquiry mail to the support team of the app or site you were paying into
- Ensure that you attach and send a valid POP for the said transaction. If you can't find the POP, please check here for steps on how to locate it.
If you paid through your internet banking portal or app using manual EFT, there is a high possibility that you have made a Manual EFT payment. Please click here for more information on Manual EFTs.
