I can't locate my banking credentials

Your banking credentials are often the same across mobile and online web portals in South Africa. In other regions this may differ.

Often, mobile apps use Face ID and other biometric applications to make it easier and more secure for you to log in. See an example of this below 👇.

How to locate your banking credentials.

South Africa:
User login credentials are the same as their online web portal credentials.

Nigeria:
User login credentials are the same as their online web portal credentials, excluding Zenith bank which makes use of their mobile login credentials.

Lost credentials:

If you are unable to find your login credentials via your password manager, notes, or memory, you may be required to navigate to your respective web portal to create a username/email and password combination.
