How do I make a payment using Pay by bank?

To pay securely using Pay by bank:

• Choose Pay by bank as your preferred payment method at checkout, or select Capitec Pay if you are a Capitec patron
• Enter the amount you wish to pay
• Choose your bank from our list of supported banks and enter your online banking details securely, or follow the steps to log into your Capitec app
• You will need to confirm and authorise payment with an OTP or another form of MFA
• Your payment will reflect instantly
