To complete a manual transfer or direct deposit, customers choose manual EFT as a payment method at checkout. They’ll be shown instructions indicating the account details to pay into, the amount, and a unique reference. They will need to log into their online banking portal and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the transfer and include the unique reference.
