Fees are deducted before we add your money to your Stitch Express Balance so you never need to worry about invoices or managing paying us.
Additionally, each payout from your Stitch Balance to your bank account incurs a banking fee:
- R2.30 ex VAT for standard payout time, which can be 1-2 business days
- R11.50 ex VAT for instant payouts
Merchants processing above R200k per month in sales can contact express-support@stitch.money for custom rates.
