Every transaction initiated by Stitch sends a corresponding proof of payment (POP) to pop@stitch.money in an effort to help bolster our payment audit trails as well as to assist clients (and users) to determine/verify whether direct deposits have been made.
Which banks send proof of payments to Stitch?
All our integrated partner banks send POPs to Stitch.
What fees can I expect to pay?
Fees associated with POP emails are determined by:
1. The bank the user banks with
2. The account type the user has with the bank
3. The fee structure the user has entered into with their bank
Recent observation suggests the range of fees varies from R0 (free) to R5. Please note that fees are subject to change annually and thus this estimate may change.
For a comprehensive understanding of the fees you may incur we ask that you contact your bank directly via the links below.
