Does Stitch make use of a REST API?

GraphQL is the query language Stitch uses for our API.

GraphQL gives applications a lot of flexibility, as well as the ability to optimize queries, both in size and in response times. 

GraphQL works very similarly to REST, and data is returned in a JSON document. Read more about how to integrate Stitch using GraphQL in our blog here
