Common reason for issue
- You may have terms and conditions on your account that are yet to be accepted to start, or continue, using online banking (possible on most banks, most common on Capitec).
- The account has gone into overdraft, and the bank has frozen it.
- The account has been blocked due to suspicious activity or requires additional FICA documentation.
Solution
To unblock your account, log into your online banking portal with your existing online banking credentials or contact your bank for additional information regarding online web portal activation.
