If the amount of cash received at the ATM is different from the amount requested in the app or site you're looking to pay, we will refund the amount of cash you paid to your bank account, and the payment will not be reflected.
In order to initiate the refund, after attempting payment you will receive an SMS containing a link. When you click on this link, you will be asked to enter the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund. You’ll receive a refund for the exact amount that was paid in cash, and you can attempt the payment again.
