A manual EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), also known as manual transfer or Direct Deposit, is a payment made from your online banking portal or app to a business bank account. This is different from an Instant EFT in that you must leave the app or site you’re looking to pay and open your banking app or portal to make a payment.
Typically, manual EFTs take 1-3 days to clear.
When making a manual EFT, it's important to add the reference number shown in the checkout flow to ensure your deposit is credited to the correct account.
