A manual EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), also known as manual transfer or Direct Deposit, is a payment made from your online banking portal or app to a business bank account. This is different from a regular Pay by bank payment in that you must leave the app or site you’re looking to pay and open your banking app or portal to make a payment.
Typically, manual EFTs take 1-3 days to clear.
When making a manual EFT, it's important to add the reference number shown in the checkout flow to ensure your deposit is credited to the correct account.
