First National Bank (FNB):
- Log in to the FNB internet banking portal.
- Go to the "Accounts" section.
- Select the account for which you want to retrieve the confirmation.
- Select "Account to verify" and click on "settings".
- Choose the bank letters option and select 'account confirmation letter.
- Proceed to download or print the confirmation letter or send it to your email.
Standard Bank:
- Log in to the Standard Bank internet banking portal.
- Select "Transact" from the top menu.
- Under the "Documents" header, select account confirmation Letter.
- Ensure the correct account is selected else select the correct account.
- Proceed to download or print the confirmation letter or send it to your email.
Absa Bank:
- Log in to the Absa internet banking portal.
- Go to the "Accounts" section.
- Select the account for which you want to retrieve the account confirmation.
- Click "Bank Confirmation Letter".
- Accept the verification request sent to your phone and click on "View".
- Click on the "Download" button to get the account confirmation in a downloadable format, such as PDF.
- Save and print if needed.
Capitec Bank:
- Log in to the Capitec internet banking portal.
- Go to the "Accounts" section.
- Select the account for which you want to retrieve the confirmation.
- Choose the 3 dots to give you all the options for your account.
- Choose "Send Account Details".
- Proceed and send it to your email.
Nedbank:
- Log in to the Nedbank internet banking portal.
- Go to the "Accounts" section.
- Select the account for which you want to retrieve the confirmation.
- Select "Statements and documents" under the "Features" section.
- Select share Account information.
- Proceed and send it to your email.
